Thinsulate Insulation
The best footwear insulation available, providing warmth without bulk. The micro-fibers of Thinsulate Insulation are about ten times smaller than other synthetic insulations, making them ideal for trapping insulating air and reflecting back the body's radiant heat. Temperature ratings: 200 grams Thinsulate -30 degrees F, and 400 grams is -45 degrees F.
KING TEX PTFE fabric is using the latest high-tech breathing and waterproof, and the most advanced sticking skills. It has special functions of waterproof, windproof and breathability. WATERPROOF properties, functions and merits:
1.Defend wind and keep warm
For the tiny apertures and the irregular organization, it can defend very strong wind to pierce through.
2. WATERPROOF FILTER is a kind of natural repulsing moisture. There are nine billion tiny apertures per square inch, but every aperture is only 1/20000 of a drop of water, so waterproof filter can prevent rain and snow.
3.Excellent ventilation and comfort
700 water molecules can pass a tiny aperture, so sweat can easily evaporate through the membrane to keep body dry.
4.The textile is washable and cold-resistant to 20-40 C ¡ãbelow, it also has the function of dispelling heat and elasticity.

All our boots are produced with the exclusive Goodyear welt construction process used only in the most expensive and best ones, this system allows to the air interchange within the footwear offering him a remarkable strength and a matchless durability. This procedure consists of sewing, using a thread 12 strands thick, a strip of leather (welt), the leather and the lining altogether with the insole, to which previously a crack is made in all its contour where the seam is fixed.
Finalized this process a steel shrank is placed and it fills up with cork. Soon rubber midsole is placed, which becomes sewed all around.
Finally the sole is sticked with a high power adhesive and we made a last sewing by hand below the striae.
When we produce boots with sole leather bottom, the same one its sewed to the insole through a channel which is, by the end, covered with the same material.
